Since our inception in 2014, the Initiative for Agricultural Intervention and Developmental Integration (IAIDI) has supported several donor-funded programmes/projects with the implementation of outcome-based initiatives that resulted in tangible impact in the targeted communities.
Starting with some selected LGAs in Benue State, Northcentral Nigeria, we proceeded with implementing projects in the states of Nasarawa, Adamawa, Yobe, and Borno including Nigeria's Federal Capital Territory Abuja.
Our long-term strategic plan is to cover the complete states in the Northwest, Northeast and the Northcentral regions between 2026 to 2035.

The combination of insecurity, climate stress, and socio-economic strain has eroded social cohesion and increased competition for scarce resources, often leading to renewed tensions and localized conflicts. Many households have become heavily dependent on humanitarian assistance, while food sufficiency and long-term sustainability remain under severe threat. Women and youth, who constitute a significant portion of smallholder farmers and traders, have been particularly affected with heightened vulnerability, limited economic opportunities, and protection risks.
