At Initiative for Agricultural Intervention and Developmental Integration (IAIDI), we believe that strong governance is the foundation of lasting impact. Our Policies and Procedures Manual reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, equity, and excellence across all areas of our work - from sustainable agriculture and nutrition to inclusive markets, livelihoods, and community resilience.

As a women-led organization operating in fragile and conflict-affected regions of Nigeria, IAIDI upholds the highest standards of Environmental and Social Governance (ESG), Safeguarding, Gender Equality, and Protection. Our SOPs provide clear guidance for our staff, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure that every intervention we deliver is ethical, inclusive, and aligned with national laws and international best practices.

Our Manuals are living documents - regularly reviewed and updated to reflect evolving contexts, donor requirements, and the voices of the women, youth, smallholder farmers, and displaced communities we serve.
