What We Do
We Facilitate Capacity Building and Mentorship
Capacity building plays a crucial role in
agricultural development by enhancing the skills, knowledge, and abilities of
individuals, organizations, and communities involved in agriculture. This
enables them to improve productivity, adapt to changing circumstances, and
contribute to sustainable agricultural development.
At IAIDI, the Capacity Building
and Mentorship thematic area is designed to empower smallholder farmers, women,
and youth with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to participate
meaningfully in the agricultural economy. We believe that training should be
customized to meet the specific needs of each community and enterprise. Our
goal is to build a resilient and sustainable agricultural sector that promotes
food security, economic growth, and community development.
